Weekly Spa Care
A professional maintenance visit every week, so the water never drifts far from balanced. Best for frequently used spas, rental properties, and anyone who wants fully hands-off care.

A complete water change: even well-kept spa water needs replacing every 3 to 4 months as dissolved solids build up.

Excessively neglected spas, severe contamination, biofilm, unusual water conditions, or significant cleanup may require a Spa Refresh or a custom quote before routine service begins.
Common questions
How often should my hot tub be professionally serviced?
Most covered residential hot tubs do well on biweekly professional service. The cover keeps sun and debris out, so the main job is keeping sanitizer and water balance on track, and a biweekly visit combined with a quick sanitizer check by you in between handles that comfortably. Frequently used spas and rental properties benefit from weekly visits. For owners who do not need recurring service, we also offer One-Time Spa Care visits.
How often should hot tub water be changed?
Even well-maintained spa water needs to be replaced periodically because dissolved solids build up and make balancing harder over time. For a regularly used residential hot tub, plan on a complete drain and refill about every 3 to 4 months. Our Spa Refresh service handles the full water change, cleaning, and fresh-water startup.
Do you include hot tub chemicals?
Routine maintenance chemicals are included with recurring Spa Care, and startup chemicals are included with Spa Openings and Spa Refreshes. Specialty treatments and proprietary sanitizing or mineral cartridge systems are additional.
Do you service hot tubs during the winter?
Yes. Many hot tubs in New Jersey stay open all winter, and we provide spa care year-round, including fall and winter visits. If you prefer to shut down for the season, we also offer professional Spa Closings.
Do I need to be home for service?
No. As long as we have access to the spa and to your water supply and power, we can complete the visit while you are out. You receive service documentation after each visit.
Do you service chlorine and bromine spas?
Yes, we maintain both chlorine and bromine hot tubs and keep either sanitizer properly adjusted as part of routine care.
Do you clean hot tub filters?
Yes. Filter inspection and rinsing are part of every routine Spa Care visit, and a filter deep cleaning is included with every Spa Refresh.
Can you replace my hot tub filter?
Yes, we can supply and install a replacement filter cartridge during a visit. The replacement cartridge itself is billed in addition to the service.
Do you service swim spas?
Yes. Swim spas hold several times the water of a standard hot tub, so the published prices do not apply to them. Swim spas are quoted separately and typically cost more. Request service with your swim spa details and we will send a quote.
