What we value
- Entrepreneurial mindset
Think like an owner. Spot what’s broken and fix it. Look for ways to make the work better, faster, smarter.
- Adaptive problem-solver
Pools throw curveballs. Figure it out on the spot, ask for help when you need it, don’t get stuck.
- Relentless work ethic
Same standard every visit, every client, every day. Consistency is what makes the work great, not heroics.
- Own the outcome
Your route, your pools, your customers. Take care of them like they’re yours, because in every meaningful way they are.

A note from Frank Grampone, founder
Hi, I’m Frank. I started TrueBlue to bring more modern, reliable pool service to Hunterdon County.
We’re a small team in our first growth phase. Joining now means working closely with the founder, getting hands-on experience across the business, and having a real path into senior roles as we hire and expand our routes.
What I’m looking for is straightforward: people who take pride in their work, communicate clearly with customers, and can think on their feet when something on the equipment pad isn’t behaving. Pool experience helps but isn’t required.
I read every application personally. If we look like a fit, I’ll be in touch within a few business days.
TrueBlue Hunterdon Pool Care is an equal opportunity employer.
